General Information for All Clubs
A student may not be president of more than one MAJOR organization.
Student Government meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. ICC meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Service clubs meeting on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. Special Interest clubs meet on Monday afternoons; 2nd and 4th Wednesdays; Thursday; or Friday.
To prevent overlapping of fund-raising activities, all clubs and organizations will check the ICC calendar to guarantee availability of the date for the fundraiser prior to obtaining the principal approval.
Clubs must meet on campus at a time approved by the Sponsor. Any change wil require ICC's approval - there must be a valid reason.
All clubs must have principal approval for fund raising activities.
A schedule of fund raising activities must be submitted to ICC by the last school day in September and January.
Clubs must inform the membership that they are not allowed to sell candy at school.
