General Information for All Clubs
A student may not be president of more than one MAJOR organization.
Club Meetings
Student Government meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.  ICC meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Service clubs meeting on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays.  Special Interest clubs meet on Monday afternoons; 2nd and 4th Wednesdays; Thursday; or Friday.
To prevent overlapping of fund-raising activities, all clubs and organizations will check the ICC calendar to guarantee availability of the date for the fundraiser prior to obtaining the principal approval.
Clubs must meet on campus at a time approved by the Sponsor.  Any change wil require ICC's approval - there must be a valid reason.
Fund Raising
All clubs must have principal approval for fund raising activities.
A schedule of fund raising activities must be submitted to ICC by the last school day in September and January.
Clubs must inform the membership that they are not allowed to sell candy at school. 
The following guidelines apply to Special Interest Clubs at Reagan High School:
  1. Each club should have a copy of its constitution and/or statement of purpose on file with ICC.
  2. Special interest clubs shall meet on Monday afternoons; 2nd and 4th Wednesday; Thursday; or Friday.
  3. Each club should meet at least once a quarter.
  4. Each club should send a member to ICC meetings.
  5. Each club shall submit a roster and officers' list within five (5) weeks of the beginning of the school year.
  6. Each group shall submit sponsor-signed minutes of at least one (1) meeting each quarter.
  7. Each submitted document shall be counted separately, and two (2) late or absent documents shall result in the probation of that service club or organization for one quarter.  If the documents are not submitted within two (2) weeks, the club will be expelled from ICC and disbanded for the remainder of the school year.
  8. If a club is not represented at two (2) meetings, a warning letter will be sent to the club president and the sponsor.  This letter signifies the impending probation of the club for one (1) quarter and must be returned to the ICC signed by the sponsor(s) and the president.  The letter must be received within two (2) weeks of being issued.  If, after being placed on probation, another two meeting are missed, then the club will be expelled from ICC and disbanded for the remainder of the school year.
