I have a master's degree in Education. My educational philosophy is I believe that children learn best by doing. Hands-on instruction provides children with the concreteness to develop mathematical and scientific concepts. I am married with 2 children and 2 dogs. My family and I are avid conservationists and backpackers. During the summers, we usually enjoy backpacking in our nation's true treasure, our national parks.
