Trip Cost: $390.00
       *This amount covers all travel, hotel accommodations, entrance fees, and food stipend (except for breakfast on departure morning and dinner on return evening). Students are responsible souvenier and snack food money.

Payment Schedule:
         October 2               $90 deposit & intent form
         November 2            $100 payment
         December 4            $100 payment & notarized permission form
         January 29              $100 payment (final balance due)

Please adhere to the deadlines. Large payments to the tour company must be made throughout the year and funds must be available for the trip to proceed.  Please put these very important deadlines on your calendar.

 
Roommates:
         Roommate requests will be accepted January 15-18. Parent signature required.

            Intent Form                               (due Oct. 2 with $90 deposit)
            Notarized Permission Form         (due Dec. 4. *notary available in front office)
            Medication Release Form            (must have physician's signature)
                  Roommate Request Form           (accepted Jan. 15-18)
