SUPPLIES FOR ALL CLASSES : AP GEO: You need to have AT LEAST A SECTION OF A NOTEBOOK to devote to my class.  Also, you will need to purchase or borrow a copy of The Kite Runner ASAP. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A PRINTER AT HOME.

Seminar: You may use part of a notebook or have a separate notebook for World History. It is advisable to purchase some subject dividers.  You also will need to purchase or check out a copy of The Kite Runner, which we will read in the spring.

Welcome to Mrs. Sciandra's Website

 Hello! Let me introduce myself. I have been teaching at Mount Tabor for 10 years. I have three children, all of whom graduated from Mount Tabor, so our family has been part of the Tabor family since 1996. I graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Political Science, and attained my teaching certificate through Salem College. I have lived in many parts of the country: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and southern California, and now here in Winston for 17 years.

Please browse through the site to see what is happening in room 114. I teach AP Human geography and Seminar World History.  I will often post notes and assignments for students, who are advised to check the website each evening.

Parents, please visit often. I will try to keep you as updated as possible as to upcoming due dates and assignments as well as topics we're covering in the classes. If you need to reach me in the evening, please use my alternate email, which is msciandranc@gmail.com. I will not check my email until the morning on most days, however.
