    1.  Key Vocabulary words will be covered for many of the stories read in class; tests typically follow to increase knowledge of vocabulary for listening and speaking.  Also, Students need to be able to readily identify and apply Key Vocabulary to the stories we read and discuss in class.
     
    2. Key Vocabulary covered thus far; Plot Line (Exposition, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action, Resolution), Main Ideas, Supporting Details,  Dialogue (Internal and External), Characters (Round, Static, Flat), and Character Motives.  More Key Vocabulary to follow...
