Learning Team Facilitator
Single School Culture is used to drive teacher instruction and improve student performance in the classroom. As a Learning Team Facilitator (LTF), I facilitate ninety minute curriculum-based meetings every week with each grade level. In these meetings, teachers examine student work samples, collect data to determine student strengths and weaknesses, use the data to create intervention and enrichment strategies and then implement the strategies and reassess. This process is repeated and continued until students have mastered skills. As a facilitator, I want teachers to think about the instruction that they are providing, the assignments that they are giving and how they will use the results to change their own instruction to improve student performance.
