Reviewed Progress By Goal

Priority Goal 1

·         Data Notebooks created at each grade level for identified students

·         collobrative discussion at grade levels on interventions, use of formative assessments, and descriptive feedback

·         teachers will collect classroom work samples on identified students

priority Goal 2

·         Teachers will complete 4-5 classroom walkthroughs by Jan. 30.  Focus will be use of Formative Assessment in the classroom and use of Descriptive Feedback.  Teachers will use data collected at Jan. 30 staff meeting.

Priority Goal 3

ALC/ISS Structure

·         Youth Opportunities will provide services (day treatment site) in ALC

·         ENCORE will rotate providing instruction

·         Teachers who do not have enrichment will provide instruction in ALC

·         PLATO can be used for instructional purposes

School Spirit

Students will be provided the opportunity to purchase a school spirit t-shirt that can be worn on designated spirit days

Spirit Day

Student Council will coordinate a Spirit Day once a month
