North Forsyth's track and field program will be conducting a conditioning camp this summer. The camp will introduce athletes to high school-style events, including cross country, track and field events, pre-season conditioning, nutrition and strength/speed training. The camp runs for five weeks, and participants can choose any or all weeks.
The camp will be held at North Forsyth on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Gatorade and light snacks will be available for purchase. Please bring a water bottle, extra tee-shirt/shorts, cross trainer shoes, towel, sun block and emergency contact information.
