Question/ What is "Alternative Education"?

Answer/ Most of our 50,000+ students are successful in traditional education settings. An alternative educational setting may include a different classroom layout, smaller class size, varied method of instructional delivery, or offer opportunities for additional student services such as behavior modification, academic remediation, or mental health services.

Question
/ How is "Alternative Education" different in the WS/FC Schools?

Answer/ Over the past several years, WS/FC Schools have identified a number of sets of impediments to the education of students. Sets of needs are usually academic remediation, non-traditional delivery of curriculum, cognitive behavior change, and provision of mental health services. For each set of needs, programs have been developed to provide alternative educational services and settings.
