Good afternoon Flat Rock Flyers!  These are your weekly updates for the week of November 26th.

We hope that you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! 

This week will be Spirit Week!  Each day will be a different theme.  Monday is Hat Day!

For 6th grade parents, please check your student’s Wednesday folder for a permission slip for A Time to Tell video.  This video will educate students about inappropriate behavior and sexual conduct involving adults and students.  This permission slip is an opt-out only form.  The parent viewing will be Tuesday, November 27th at 5:30 pm in Room 801.  Sixth grade students will view the video during their PE class on November 28th, 29th and 30th.  If you do not want your child to view the video, you must sign and return the permission slip to school by Wednesday, November 29th.  If you have any questions, please call Guidance at 703-6763.

Our next Skate Night will be Monday, December 3rd at Skateland USA in Clemmons.

Also on December 3rd, we will begin our Canned Food Drive. 

Tuesday, December 11th at 7 pm will be our Chorus Concert.

This is a busy time of year, so please remind your students that there’s a lot of work to be done before our next big break.  Everyone needs to come to school prepared to work hard.
