PTA Officer Responsibilities
 
2013-14 Slate of Officers

President:              David Hodge
Vice President:       Katie Friend
Secretary:              Tommi Swink
Treasurer:              Grace Hodge

We learned this past week that we are only allowed to carry one nominee per officer position for our slate of officers.  This is the slate that will be presented at the meeting, after which nominations will be opened to the floor if anyone chooses to throw his/her hat into the ring.  Because nominees may be added during the meeting, we are not allowed to accept any votes until after nominations are offered to the floor.  If any of you feel strongly about voting for next year's officers, you will need to attend the meeting as no proxies are allowed according to our by-laws.  We'd love to see you there!
We still have a few chairperson positions available, please take a minute to think about this type of service and see if any of these positions fit into your life.  Thank you for your service to Old Richmond Elementary and look forward to seeing everyone at the General Meeting May 7th.
