East Forsyth Middle Take Business I-40 east to Linville Road exit. Turn right on Linville Road and go to light. Turn right onto West Mountain Street. Go about three miles; turn on to Bagley Drive at the Stoplight at the railroad crossing. (same side of the street) East Middle is approximately 1/4 mile on left.

Hanes Middle Take US 52 north, exit at 25th/28th St. ramp, go to stop sign, turn left on Cleveland Avenue. After railroad underpass, take fork to right on Indiana Avenue. School is on left. Enter through double glass doors. (Note: Due to road construction along US 52, it may be necessary to take the Patterson Avenue exit before the 25th street ramp. Bear to the left at the road's fork.)

Hill Middle Take I-40 east; exit at Clemmonsville Rd. and turn left. Follow Clemmonsville Rd. to Sprague St.; turn right on Sprague; go past recreation center to top of hill; turn right on Pleasant St. School is behind Family Mart Store. Office is immediately on right inside front entrance.

Jefferson Middle Take Silas Creek Parkway north to Robinhood Rd. exit. At top of ramp turn right. At fifth light turn left on Norman Rd. and bear left onto Sally Kirk Rd. Office is on right of front entrance.

Kennedy Learning Center Take US 52 north; exit at Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., turn right. Turn left on Highland Ave.; school is on left. Park in lot to right of school. Office is inside on right.

Kernersville Middle From Business I-40 east, exit at S. Main Street. Turn left at top of ramp, pass two traffic lights, bear left onto S. Cherry St. Go to third stop light on South Cherry and turn left onto Piney Grove Road. Turn left onto Brown Road to enter school.
From Business I-40 west, exit at NC 66. Turn left at top of ramp on NC 66. Go to third stop light, turn right onto Cherry St. At third stop light turn left onto Piney Grove Road. Turn left onto Brown Road to enter school.

Meadowlark Middle Take Silas Creek Parkway to Country Club Rd. Turn right onto Country Club at top of ramp. Go several miles to Meadowlark Dr. Turn right onto Meadlowlark Dr. and go about 1/2 mile. School is on the right.

Mineral Springs Middle Take US 52 north to Akron Dr. exit, go right to Ogburn Ave., turn left. Go about one mile. School is on right, corner of Ogburn Ave. and Motor Rd. Office is in front entrance, down main hall on left.

Northwest Middle Take Reynolda Rd. to Shattalon Dr. (in front of Old Town Elementary). Turn right on Shattalon, go to second light (Murray Rd.), turn left. The school is about 11/2 miles on right. Office is in front of building.
Or take US 52 north to Bethania-Rural Hall Rd. exit. Turn left, go to Murray Rd., turn left. School is about 1 mile on left.

Paisley Middle From Business I-40, exit at Cherry St., go north through downtown. (Cherry St. becomes University Parkway.) Turn left at light at bottom of hill onto Northwest Blvd. Turn right at next light onto Thurmond St. Turn left on Gillette St. and left again on Grant. Office is on left inside Grant St. entrance.

Philo Middle Take Silas Creek Parkway south to Parkway Plaza Shopping Center. Turn right on Buchanan St., left on Cloister Drive and right on Konnoak St. Turn right at light on Haverhill St. and go to parking lot at end of Haverhill. Take covered walkway leading into building. Office is on right. (Or see directions to Konnoak Elementary, which is adjacent.)

Southeast Middle From I-40 bypass, exit north onto Union Cross Rd. Continue north on Union Cross Rd for about one mile to Old Salem Rd. Turn right onto Old Salem Rd. School is on the right after crossing back over I-40 bypass.

Walkertown Middle Take Business I-40 east to US 158 (Reidsville Rd.) exit. Follow Reidsville Rd. to light at intersection of Highway 66. Turn left and go about 1/2 mile to first light (Darrow Rd.), turn right and then right on Ruxton Dr. Enter lobby, go through double doors on right; office is first door on right.

Wiley Middle From Business I-40 exit at Cloverdale Ave. Turn left off ramp, go through light at First St. to end of Cloverdale, turn left on Hawthorne Rd. Go to second traffic light and turn right onto Northwest Blvd.; school is on right. Follow signs to front of building (facing Hanes Park). Office is through double doors and to the left.
