  • Parkland Parent Meeting & Student Success Event - "Helping your student navigate the road to success"

    October 26, 2016 - 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. - PMHS Auditorium

    All parents should plan to attend our annual Title I Parent Meeting and Family Engagement Event. We'll share valuable information about athletics, clubs, ROTC, student services, health services, post high school options for students, and much more.  Refreshments provided & raffle prizes awarded!

  • Masquerade Ball - The 9th Annual Masquerade Ball is scheduled for Thursday night, October 27. The evening will start at 6:00 p.m. with some spooky scenes inspired by Edgar Allan Poe. The Ball will follow and will conclude at 8:00 p.m.  (The spooky scenes are more appropriate for older teenagers/not for young children, fyi.) Tickets are $7.00 and must be purchased in advance.

    Snack donations and chaperones are needed and appreciated! Snack suggestions: Capri Suns, cupcakes, brownies, Little Debbie snacks, candy. If you can donate or chaperone, contact Ms. Hauser or Ms. Pelsinger.

  • Grading Scale & Course Weight Changes - 10-point Grading Scale - Starting with this school year, all NC high school students will be graded on a 10-point scale: A = 90 & above, B = 80-89, C = 70-79, D = 60-69, F = 59 & below.
