Welcome to sixth grade social studies.  I look forward to working with students this year in exploring and learning about South America and Europe. Students will utilize the five themes of geography in understanding South America and Europe and  how these continents compare to and relate to North Carolina and the United States.  The five themes of geography are place, location, movement, human environment interaction, and regions.  We will study the culture, history, economy, government, and geography of the many countries that make up South America and Europe.  

 

 

    Welcome to sixth grade science.  I am excited to teach science this year.  We will be learning about lab safety, scientific processes, ecology, geology, and astronomy.  We will be performing numerous labs.
