Pre-Engineering Strand Courses

Students in the School of Pre-Engineering will take a course each year in one of our two stand programs: Engineering or Manufacturing.  The courses are from a national initiative called, Project Lead The Way®.  Each course is project based and hands-on.  Students will learn about engineering and gain skills that will help them be successful in any career.  Below is a chart of the course plan.  Click on the blocks to learn more about the course.

The Engineering Strand is a great option for students interested in Architecture, Design, and Engineering.  The Concentration course, CEA (Civil Engineering & Architecture), focuses on Architecture, Green Design, Residential Design, & Commerical Design.

The Manufacturing Strand is a great option for students interested in Mechanics, Robotics, and Electronics.  The Concentration course is CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) which focuses on robotics, CNC operation & deisgn, and designing for manufacturing.
