Hello and welcome to Hall-Woodward Elementary School! I am Mrs. Sewell and I am so excited for another year in our learning community. I graduated from the University of NC at Greensboro where I obtained a dual degree in Elementary Education (K-6) and Special Education (K-12) in 2013. This is my second year teaching 5th grade at Hall-Woodward and before this I was a 6th grade EC teacher.
I'm ready for another great year. We're going to read A LOT. We're going to get our hands dirty with science experiments. We're going to solve problems - REAL LIFE PROBLEMS - with math skills. We're going to learn how our country got started and go on a field trip to Washington D.C. We are going to work hard, have fun, laugh, and learn and when it's all over I promise you will be ready for middle school!
