Now is the time to enroll KINDERGARTEN students who will be 5 years old by August 31, 2021 so we can add them to a class roster. Make sure you attach the following documents when enrolling: Child’s Birth Certificate, Proof of Address, Photo ID of Parent/Guardian, Immunization Record, North Carolina Health Assessment Form
