*Students Needing Physicals and / or Immunizations* Saturday, September 21st 10:00am-2:00pm
Health assessments will be offered by the School Health Alliance mobile unit. The unit will be located at Hanes Memorial CME Church, 819 Highland Ave. Winston Salem.
Forsyth County Department of Public Health will offer immunizations at their location, 799 N. Highland Ave. Winston Salem. The health department immunization clinic will be open for students who are seen at the mobile unit and in need of immunizations as well as students who only need immunizations for compliance.
An appointment is necessary for Health Assessments and Immunizations. Please contact the Mineral Springs Student Health Center at 336- 703-4273.
*Free for Medicaid or No Insurance families. Sliding scale fee for
Private Insurance families.
Students have until September 9th to by a parking pass. After that cars will be towed.
This is just a friendly reminder that you must be passing 70% of your classes at the end of the semester to be eligible to hold a North Carolina driver's license or permit. Elective classes are included in this average. Please remember to remain focused on your academic progress so you can maintain your driving privileges.
