This course is designed to be an advance study of the human body for students with an interest in pursuing a career in a health-related field.  It will be a project- and problem based course where students will be allowed to generate knowledge about the structure and function of the body with their peers.

Students will apply the principles of physiology to human health and evaluate the application and career implications of physiology and anatomy principles.  The students will come to an understanding of how the different systems work together to allow the entire body to function.  In an effort to allow students to work cooperatively and collaboratively, this course will largely be hands-on and laboratory based.   This course requires an honors project.
