• About Mrs. Mulero:
    I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and later moved to the sunshine state, Florida in 2000.  In 2013, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Bilingual Elementary Education from the Universidad Del Turabo in Orlando, Florida. I served as a private school Elementary Teacher in Haines City, Florida from 2010 to 2014. Following that, I worked as a teacher in the Polk County Public Schools in Florida from 2014 to 2016.In 2016, my family and I relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina. I assumed various roles, including Dean of Students, DLI Coordinator, and 4th-grade teacher in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools from 2017 to 2021. I furthered my education by earning a Masters of School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. From 2021 to 2022, I served as an Assistant Principal in WS/FCS at North Forsyth High School and Robert B. Glenn High Schools. Most recently, I held the position of Dual-Language Immersion Magnet Specialist in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools supporting ten DLI schools with a variety of immersion languages. English,  Chinese, Japanese, French, German and Spanish.  I am excited to embark on a new role, beginning January 3, 2024.              

    Family: My husband Francisco and I have been married for 21 years. We are the proud parents of two children, Armando, 21, and Valeria, 18. We also have four fur babies, our dogs Yazie, Zoee, and our cats Leo and Valentina.
