• School Vision and Mission Statements for Mineral Springs Elementary
     
    Vision: Mineral Springs Elementary School's (MSES) vision is the pursuit of excellence for every child who walks through its doors. The faculty believes excellence can be achieved when teachers recognize the potential for gifted behavior in all students and work to develop this gifted behavior in every child. MSES curriculum encompasses the Renzulli School wide Enrichment Model. The Model increases students' beliefs in their own abilities, emphasizes the importance of task commitment, and encourages students to use more creative strategies for learning. The learning features a rigorous academic program, immersion in the arts, meaningful integration of technology, and student interest driven learning through experiences with real world questions and problems.
     
    Mission: Mineral Springs Elementary School will engage all students in learning activities that nurture, motivate, and challenge them to develop their personal best in academics, creative potential, and individual strengths. We will ensure that students experience enrichment in academics, creative arts and technology while guiding their development as critical thinkers, problem solvers and responsible citizens.
