Student Account Balances
- Positive student account balances will carry forward to next school year for all returning students to WS/FCS. If you have a student who is not returning to WS/FCS next school year (including rising seniors), please contact the Cafe Manager at your child's school to request a refund. Refund requests for students not returning to WS/FCS next year should be communicated directly to the Cafe Manager no later than Friday, June 8, 2018.
- All refunds of less than $20.00 for students not returning to WS/FCS can be picked up from the Cafe Manager through Friday, June 8, 2018.
- Refunds requested, $20.00 or greater, for students not returning to WS/FCS, will be refunded by check and sent via U.S. mail to the address provided.
- Any funds remaining on the accounts of students not enrolled in WS/FCS after September 30, 2018 will be transferred to the Angel Fund to assist in paying for unpaid meal balances and summer Friday meals.
