Medical Documentation
Overview
R. B. Glenn high school is transitioning to an electronic medical record database. This database has been used for several years in the WSFCS by the athletic trainers. However R. B. Glenn is looking to expand its use and help ease parents and student athletes with medical documentation that needs to be submitted to medical staff. Athletic Trainer System (ATS) is an online medical record system that stores and encrypts medical documentation for safe keeping.
You can view the Athlete Portal from any computer, tablet or smartphone. Forms can be completed only through the computer link and this link can be accessed via tablet or smartphone as well.Athletes and parents can update contact information, make and check appointments, get injury and rehabilitation information and much more. All of the pre-participation paperwork is on this site and is filed electronically.

Freshmen and students who have never played a sport at GHS (prior to 2018-2019 school year) will need to create a file. Login using "new" for the Athlete ID and "new" for the password.
