Through the WS/FCS NAF Career Academy Advisory Board, business people and community leaders play an active role in developing their future workforce by shaping talent in high school. Our advisory board is comprised of leaders from

• Business & finance, information technology, hospitality and tourism, and health sciences
• Forsyth Technical Community College and Winston Salem State University, and
• Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce.

The advisory board meets monthly (except June and July) from 4-5 PM at Piedmont Advantage Credit Union.  Advisory board members speak in academy classes, host worksite tours, mentor students one on one, conduct mock interviews and provide paid internships.
