• PRINCIPAL

My name is Samantha Manring and I’m excited to be a part of the Lowrance-Paisley campus. Our facility has the  latest technology and specific instructional areas are tremendous. Our students can participate in art, music and physical education as well as enjoy real world experiences in the Life Skills and Business Lab areas.

My goal for our students is to increase thier independence and the ability for them to advocate for themselves through a functional curriculum and the extended state standards which are aligned with the common core.  The staff and faculty at Lowrance are dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to provide social and academic instruction to our students.

On a personal note I am a lifelong North Carolinian and a proud product of WS/FCS.  I am a graduate of High Point University and Appalachian State University.  I have worked for the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools for the past 20 years. Before becoming Principal, my career includes being an Exceptional Children Resource teacher, Compliance Specialist, EC Case Manager and Assistant Principal.

I am happily married with two children and two dogs. We enjoy being outdoors, camping and going to the beach.

Thank you for your continued support of our program and for making our new school a reality. I can be reached at 366.703.4181.

    Sincerely,

    Samantha Manring, Principal
