Joseph Gray, a senior NAF student, started as an intern with ComForCare and by the end of his internship had secured a part-time employment opportunity.  “NAF connected me with ComForCare and gave me the skills necessary to succeed. My internship gave me a sense of responsibility and purpose,” Joseph said. After high school, Joseph plans to attend a four-year university and major in either Nursing or Kinesiology, with hopes of becoming a Pediatric Nurse. Throughout his experience in the NAF program, he recalls Mrs. Hynning and Ms. Cullen as those who have inspired him most. “Both of them have caring, sometimes smothering, attitudes and want me to succeed.” His advice to future NAF students is to not procrastinate and to stay on top of your requirements and responsibilities.
