NFHS Device Rollout Plan 

North Forsyth curbside mobile device distribution will continue, next week from 10 a.m - 2 p.m.  Devices will only be issued to PARENTS and LEGAL GUARDIANS listed in POWERSCHOOL. You will only receive a device if you have completed the NFHS Technology Request Form online.  You MUST bring a PHOTO ID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Hotspots will not be available until further notice. We will notify you when they become available as well as post on-line.  Only Chromebooks will be distributed to NFHS Students. 

STEPS:

• Parents will need to enter the roundabout at the front entrance of the school.
• Please do not park in the parking lot, or get out until we direct you.  
• The staff will provide further instructions while in the roundabout. 
• While in the roundabout you will be asked: 
  • Your Student's Name?
  • Parent Name? 
  • The Technology Spreadsheet from the district will be checked on site for parent and student names to verify device request. 
  • Photo ID REQUIRED? 
• The parent will be required to sign the Technology Agreement Form on site. 
• Staff will present and go over the materials given.
