• Mobile Medical Unit

    Mobile Crisis Management serves anyone within the community experiencing a crisis related to mental health, substance abuse, or developmental disability concerns. The mobile unit will be available at Winston Salem Prepartory Academy at the times provided below.

    8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Tuesday

    9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday


    Mobile Crisis/Engagement Services


    Operated by Daymark Recovery Services in Winston-Salem and other service areas. Mobile Crisis Services serves eveyone experiencing a mental health crisis in the community regardless of resources and lack of resources.


    Old Vineyard Behavioral Health 


    Call to schedule an appointment, make a referral.  Walk-ins welcome and/or referrals from community providers. 


    Bulldog Health Center


    7:30 a.m-4:00 p.m.

    The Health Center offers medical exams, immunizations, treatments of injuries and chronic health conditions such as asthma, and much more.

    The Bulldog Health Center is at 4555 Ogburn Ave. It is on the backside of the building that sits between Mineral Springs Middle and Mineral Springs Elementary. For more information or to schedule an appointment call (336) 703-4273.


    Cardinal Innovations Healthcare


    Call this number for anyone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or access to services.  Serves the residents of Forsyth, Davie, Stokes, Davidson and 16 other counties in North Carolina who are uninsured or who have Medicaid.  However, during this time anyone experiencing a mental health crisis can call this number for help.
