Mobile Crisis is operated by Daymark Recovery Services in Winston-Salem and other service areas. Mobile Crisis Services serves everyone experiencing Mental Health or Susbstance Abuse Crisis in the community, regardless of resources or lack of resources. You can also contact Old Vineyard Behavioral Health at (855) 234-5920 to schedule an appointment or make a referral. Walk-ins are welcomed and or referrals from community providers.
If you or a loved one are experiencing suicidal thoughts, you can contact the Suicide Prevention Lifeline (800) 273-8255 or Cardinal Innovations Crisis Line at (800) 939-5911 at anytime. Cardinal Innovations serves residents of Forsyth, Stokes, Davie, Davidson and 16 other counties in NC who are uninsured or have Medicaid. However, during this time, anyone experiencing a mental heatlh crisis can call this number for help.
In response to the challenges of meeting the social and emotional learning as well as behavioral health needs of our school community during school closure, the WS/FCS Student Services Helpline was launched today to provide additional support in these areas. Students and families can connect with Student Services professionals Monday through Friday from 10:00 - 2:00 by calling the WS/FCS School Closure Hotline at (336) 661-3128 and requesting the Student Services Helpline. The helpline will be managed by School Social Workers, School Counselors, and School Psychologists who will provide resources to support student and family needs
