If I have a technology issue with my chromebook or login information, what do I do?
If you are having problems remembering your password to access programs, contact Ms. Uhrig at jruhrig@wsfcs.k12nc.us and she will try to help you. She can reset passwords and help with troubleshooting.
If you are having technology issues with your Chromebook and it is not working, you can take it to the Education Building at 4801 Bethania Station Road from 8:00-4:00 each day. They have a station outside for you to show up and get a new chromebook or get your chromebook fixed, drive-thru style.
Where do I go to find assignments posted by my teachers or join their Remind group?
You need to visit the Teacher Directory page on the online learning hub. There, you will find every single teacher listed with information about how to contact them, their Remind codes, and which platform they are using to post assignments, either PowerSchool Learning or Google Classroom. Some teachers have switched from PowerSchool Learning to Google Classroom, so you may need to access this page multiple times.

What does Flex Friday mean?
Starting the week of April 27th, each Friday will be a Flex Friday, which means that teachers will not be posting any assignments for you to do. You can use the day to relax, have fun, or even catch up on work. Teachers will also not be posting extra assignments during the week to make up for not having an assignment on Flex Friday.
