To Request Yours
Call (336-703-6759) to speak with, or email Rhonda Robbins at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment to request your Driver Eligibility Certificate after you have completed both the classroom and the in-car portion of drivers’ training. Your parent/legal guardian will need to be present and will need to bring their photo ID and the document you received from your Driver's Ed Instructor upon completion of the Driver's Education Program. Once awarded, the Certificate is good for 30 days, so you may want to have your appointment at DMV before requesting your certificate. The first one is free, but after that they are $5 which is payable online at Online Payments or in person.
