Student Login Information - Virtual Academy

There are two student logins, and each must have a different password: 

1. Primary Account (WSFCS network)

This login account is used for: 

• Logging into School Chromebooks

• Office 365 (school email, OneDrive, etc)

• Google account

  • Drive/Docs/Slides/Sheets 

  • Any app that gives the option to Sign in with Google

Username = First4First4Last4 (first 4 letters of first name, first 4 letters of last name + last for digits of student number) - ex.: Bradley Smith with a number of 123456 would be bradsmit3456

Initial Password:

• Pre-K and Kindergarten: abc

• 1st Grade - 5th Grade: student number (lunch number) 

• 6th Grade - 12th Grade: student number (lunch number) and will be flagged to change during logon to ITPortal.

• Student email address: Student username (see above) @wsfcsstudents.net

2. NCEdCloud/RapidID

Username = Student #

Initial Password = 398Wsfcs

• Used for PowerSchool Gradebook and SchoolNet online tests

• First-time user? Must Claim Account before logging in

  • Choose “LEA student” from the drop down menu

  • our LEA code is 340
