• Welcome to 3rd Grade!

Helping students with reading comprehension is a big focus in third grade.  One way you can help your student at home, is by ensuring they read each night for at least 20 minutes.  Allow students to read a book of their choice and that is on their specific level.  The more they read, the better they will become.

One important skill that students will learn this year in math, is their multiplication facts 0-12.  Memorizing their facts will help them to understand many concepts we will learn this year and in many years to come.
