    Emphasizes the relationship of diet to health and the selection of foods to satisfy needs. Learn to use and care for the kitchen while learning to prepare, store, and serve a variety of foods.

    Foods & Nutrition 2

    This course focuses on advanced food preparation techniques while applying nutrition, food science, and test kitchen concepts using new technology. Students take the exam for a nationally recognized food safety credential. Prerequisite: Food & Nutrition 1.
