How do I pay my graduation fee and any other money I owe?
There are 2 basic financial obligations:
The senior fee/dues of $55 which covers your cap, gown, tassel, stole, diploma cover, and senior picnic. It can be paid through the WS/FCS Online Payment System. Click here for a direct link.
AND
Fees or Fines that have been accrued throughout your WS/FCS journey. This can include money for lost books, uniforms, locks, etc. from any school within the district. (See below for details.)
- Any items that have been checked out from the Media Center need to be returned to the Media Center. This includes any books you might have from other schools EXCEPT the Career Center. Career Center books are often issued by individual teachers and will need to be returned there.
- Chromebooks need to be returned to the Media Center.
- Equipment or uniforms from other departments (sports, JROTC, band, etc.) should be returned to the teacher/coach/adviser and they will need to notify the Media Center that the item was returned and the fine should be removed.
- Money for fees/fines for anything in Destiny or related to a Chromebook can be paid in the Media Center. Checks should be written to RJ Reynolds High School, or you can pay cash (exact amount - we do not have change). We cannot accept credit cards.
-
How do I see if I owe any items, fees, or fines?
Besides the $55 senior fee/dues, you need to take care of any outstanding obligations. This can include paying for items from previous schools as well.
To see if you have anything checked out or if you have fees or fines, follow these instructions to login to your Destiny account.
In addition to items in Destiny, if you have a Chromebook from the school, you will need to be sure to turn it in TO THE MEDIA CENTER with all of the components you received:
- Chromebook ($265)
- Charger ($30)
- Case ($20)
If you are missing any component, you will have to pay for it before you can graduate.
Please do not give your Chromebook to someone else or leave it in a classroom or office. If you do, it may not be checked in and then you will have to pay for it.

How and when are cap and gown PICTURES?
On "WE LOVE OUR SENIORS!" day -- Thursday, February 9, 2023 from 8:30 am - 2:00 pm in the auxiliary gym.
You will be given a specific appointment time. Career Center students may go before school, during lunch, or during a travel period.
Every senior MUST attend, but you do NOT have to have cap and gown pictures taken.
A lot of valuable information will be given out in addition to cap and gown pictures being taken.
Cap and Gown picture order forms are available in the main office, the media center, and room 208. Please complete your forms BEFORE your appointment. There will not be any extra forms in the gym on Feb. 9th.
Lifetouch supplies the cap and gowns that will be used for your photos. If you wear a dress shirt and tie, remember that that will show in the photo. A white button-up shirt shows up best, and it is usually recommended that a necktie or bowtie be worn with it. If you need any of these items, please email Ms. Kirkland and she can assist you with that.

Unlike formal senior photos, cap and gown photos are not required, so there is no scheduled makeup day. However, students and families are free to contact Lifetouch in Kernersville to set up their own appointment.
-
How do I order a Senior Yard Sign?
Signs are $20 each. Ordering deadline is March 30. Signs will be distributed the first week of May. Cash, check or PayPal are accepted for payment. Checks should be made payable to RJ Reynolds PTSA. Payment needs to be received prior to deadline to confirm order.

How do I get my Senior Pictures?
If you ordered senior pictures but have not received them yet, check with your homeroom teacher. All pictures that were sent to the school were distributed to homeroom teachers and they have been told to keep them until students pick them up.
If your homeroom teacher does NOT have them, contact Lifetouch directly.
