Late Work Policy: :
All student work should be completed and turned in to their respective CORE classes before the student enters their homebase at (7:30 am). (This is the time BEFORE students leave for their encore classes. ) If work is not turned in at this time, the grade on that work will be determined as follows:
All missing homework/classwork means a referral to the ASAP program after school (2:05-3:00)
If the late assignment is turned in within 24 hours of its due date ( 1 day late), the student will receive 90% of the points they have earned.If the assignment is turned in 2 days late it will receive a maximum of 80% of the points they have earned.
If the assignment is turned in 3 days late it will receive a maximum of 70% of the points they have earned.
If the assignment is 4 or more days late it will receive a maximum of 60% of the points they have earned.
ALL work must be completed and turned in before the end of the unit. Missing assignments will turn to zeroes after the end of a unit.

All students will be asked to create an Edmodo account on the internet. This program allows students to receive instruction and work on assignments and tests at home.
Student will also be challenged to successfully pass the Science End of Grade Test in May.
