Bolton B.E.A.R.S.The B.E.A.R.S. behavior system presents expectations to students and provides positive support for them as they seek to become responsible members of our school and community. We hope that in reminding students to "show their B.E.A.R.S.", our children will learn to take pride in themselves and in our school.Be ProudEffort in Everything
A+ Positive AttitudeRespect and ResponsibilitySelf-ControlYou will see the B.E.A.R.S. acronym all around our school, from the hallways to the bathrooms, from the cafeteria to the lobby, and so on. Teachers also use the B.E.A.R.S. system in their classrooms with specific criteria under each heading. In order for this program to be most successful, we need your help! Take a look at the B.E.A.R.S. signs as you see them posted around the school. Notice that the B.E.A.R.S. core values remain the same, no matter what the location. Pay close attention to the fact that each area of the school has a specific task analysis related to that particular location. Talk with your child about the importance of following these guidelines and meeting these behavior expectations as a member of the Bolton family. Achieving awesome behavior at school starts with our wonderful families and friends!
