About Mrs. Bullard...
I love being a part of the Meadowlark Elementary staff! I received my BS in Education from Western Carolina University, my MSEd. from Salem College, and my Curriculum and Instructional Specialist license from Appalachian State. I began my career by teaching middle school in Robeson County. After my husband and I moved to Winston Salem in 1997, I taught 3rd grade and later became the Curriculum Coordinator at Mineral Springs Elementary. In 2002, I moved to Central Office to work with the state testing program in Accountability Services. I returned to the school level in 2009 and became a part of the incredible teaching at Meadowlark Elementary.
My family and I live in the Meadowlark community. I am blessed to have two daughters, Caroline, who attends Appalachian State University, and Amelia Ruth, who is a student at Reagan High School. My husband and our puppy, Max, are outnumbered in our home! We are active members at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church and in our community.
