1st quarter- compare likenesses/differences of animals and nonliving things

2nd quarter-observe positions and motions of objects observed

3rd quarter-classify objects by color, shape, size, texture, weight, and flexibility

1st quarter- understand change over time, understanding the roles of a good citizen

2nd quarter- use geographic representation and terms to describe surroundings

3rd quarter- understand the interaction between humans and the environment, understand basic economic concepts such as wants, needs, how jobs help people

4th quarter- good citizenship, global awareness/culture
