    WS/FCS will provide screening once for any student who is a resident of Forsyth County regardless of their school setting: home, parochial, independent or charter. Students who do not attend WSFCS but are residents of Forsyth Co. may participate. No student may be tested who is not a resident.

     

    Summer Testing Information: Please register via the link below.  The deadline to register for students who are residential to Forsyth County  is Friday, June 10, 2022.  The deadline for eligible in-district students to register is Tuesday, June 14, 2022.

    Student Check-in Time:  8:30am to 8:50am (The actual test administration is 1 1/2 hours, we will include breaks if needed.  Please prepare for pick-up at 11:00am).

    Because this is a timed assessment, students arriving after the 9:00am start time will not be allowed to participate.

    Please allow yourself enough time for heavy traffic .  Please remain in your vehicles for drop off and pick up. An advanced Learning designee will direct traffic for the drop-off and pick-up times.

    June 20, 2022 (Achievement), students will be notified via an AIG Results and Referral letter if the student is eligible to move forward with the achievement assessment.

    June 27, 2022 (Rescreening/in-district students only), students will be notified via an AIG Results and Referral letter if the student is eligible for a rescreening opportunity. 

     

    Please allow yourself enough time for heavy traffic or limited parking.  Please encourage your child to get plenty of sleep and to eat a good breakfast. Students may bring a snack and/or water. They will not be allowed to drink or eat during the actual test administration but will be provided a break to do so. 

    Scratch paper will be provided.  However, we ask students to bring  their own Number 2 pencils and headphones or earbuds.   Also, students are not allowed to use calculators or any other calculating devices on the test.  All cell phones must be turned off during the test administration and put away.  Also, students are asked to bring earbuds or headphones if they have them. If not, we will have a limited amount on-site information if needed. 

    Masks are optional throughout the duration of the testing session.
