Camp operates on Monday - Thursday except:
Week 1 - June 20 - June 23 (Tuesday - Friday for Juneteenth holiday)
Week 3 - July 3 - July 6 (Monday, Wednesday - Friday for July 4 holiday)

TIME:

FULL DAY - 9:00AM to 3:00PM      

HALF DAY - 9:00AM to 1:00PM

ARRIVAL TIME - 8:45AM          

PICK-UP  TIME - 3:00PM (FULL DAY) 

PICK-UP TIME -  1:00PM (HALF DAY)

LUNCH - BRING BAG LUNCH DAILY.  Lunch will not be provided this year.

CHILD CARE - will not be available until 7:30AM. After school hours end at 5:45PM. 

CHILD CUSTODY ISSUES - Please advise the office of any SE child/ren custody issues before the program begins or on the first day of the program in writing. We need any legal documents on site that forbid a non-custodial parent from seeing or picking up an SE child/ren. 

MEDICAL  CONCERNS  AND MEDICINE - If your SE child/ren has allergies or other serious health concerns, please make us aware of them before the program starts or on the first day. Prescription medicine administered during the day, should be brought to the office in its original bottle. All medicines will be kept in the office and administered in the office. 

KINDERGARTEN AND FIRST GRADE CLASSES ARE SELF-CONTAINED - Specials include MUSIC(piano), and PHYSICAL  EDUCATION. 

SCHEDULES - ALL SE children will have schedules except Kindergarten and 1st Grades. Schedules will be sent before the program starts. SE CHILDREN SHOULD BRING THEIR  SCHEDULE  THE FIRST PROGRAM DAY.  We have tried to honor classes requested. Classes with less than 15  students registered may be dropped.

PLEASE MAKE SELECTIONS CAREFULLY. We do not make class changes, we use your rankings to make the schedule.

FIRST DAY - SE children should report to their 1st period class. 

SIGN IN/CHECK  OUT - Please report to the office if you bring your SE kid(s) in late or need to check out early. This is a safety precaution. 

VALUABLES - Please do not allow your SE kid(s) to bring anything valuable. We are not responsible for loss or theft.

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL by April 15, 2023.
