Enrichment Opportunities
ENERGY UNITED YOUTH TOURAN OPPORTUNITY FOR CURRENT SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORSThe Draelos Science Scholars program is a 6-week summer research opportunity that places students in mentored lab experiences in chemistry, genetics, nanoscience, biology, and psychology. Students who complete the program will receive a $750 stipend and a letter of recommendation from their lab mentor. It is an incredible opportunity to gain practical experience in the lab and work alongside practicing scientists.
The program is intended for juniors (class of 2023) with a serious interest in science.
Well-qualified or highly motivated sophomores (class of 2024) may also apply.
Students must commit to the entire 6-week lab placement.
