Middle School Supply List

(Specifically for Science Class):

• Several binders with dividers. Please check with your school to see the number and size of binders needed. (1 3-inch binder with 8 dividers to hold all science material given throughout the year.  This will serve as a study aid for the Common Assessment at the end of 6th Grade and for the 8th Grade EOG.  This binder should be left at home)
• Packs of loose leaf paper (1 pack at start of year, but will need to be replenished often)
• Packs of #2 pencils (Must have 2 #2 pencils daily)
• Pens: Black, blue and red (Must have 1 daily)
• Pack of highlighters (Must have 1 daily)
• Glue sticks (Must have daily)
• Pencil pouch (Must have daily)
• Index cards (1 pack at start of year, but will need to be replenished often)
• Dry erase markers (Must have 1 daily)
• 2-pocket folders with prongs (Must have 1 daily)
• Composition notebooks (Must bring daily for lab write-ups)
• Pack of colored pencils or markers (Must bring daily)
• Pack of graph paper (1 pack at start of year.  The graphs will be cut and pasted into lab reports)
• Book bag (Must be kept in locker during the school day)
• Hand sanitizer (Pocket size for student’s personal use before lunch and after restroom visits)
• Box of Kleenex (To be used in the classroom)
• Hand-held pencil sharpener with cover (Must bring daily)
• Erasers (Must bring daily)
