• PE I

    PE I will be a comprehensive look at physical fitness and team sports.
    Grading Scale:
    50%- Daily Dress Out
    50%- Participation
     
     
    Physical Fitness Component
    Students will participate in:
    Daily running, stretching, as well as, various other phyisical fitness activities such as jump rope, relays and obstacle courses.
     
    Team Sport Component:
    Students will learn the skills and rules involved with a multitude of team sports including:
    Football
    Soccer
    Basketball
    Softball
    Volleyball
    Floor Hockey
    Hand Ball
