College Transcript Request
If you need a transcript sent to a college, please complete your request at the link below. You'll need to complete a new request for each college.
The first 2 requests are free, each additional request is $2 and will be added to your senior fees.
Transcript requests for Scholarships are always free and do not count towards total requests.
You do not need to complete this link if you have filled out an Application through CommonApp, Coalition, CFNC, or SENDedu as long as you added your counselor to the application. They will receive the request virtually.

YouVisit allows you to take a Virtual Tour of a college and see what it's like from the comfort of your own home. 20 of the 36 Independent Colleges and Universities in North Carolina are on this site. The College Board website is the location to sign up for SAT testing but also can be used as a resouce to research Colleges & Universities across the nation. Complete a college search by majors, location, SAT scores, etc or look up a college directly by name.

College Portraits
The College Portrait website holds a wealth of information specific to each College/University. Every year colleges are asked to look at their entering freshman class and create a profile (average G.P.A., SAT score, number of applicants and number of student admitted, etc.). If you are interested in a specific college - go and check up on them using this site.

Enrollment Deposit Fee Waiver
If you or your student is concerned about the enrollment deposit fee due to yourcurrent financial circumstances during covid-19, please use the information shared from NACAC: National Association for College Admission Counseling. Click the link below and fill out the Enrollment Fee Waiver Form.Additionally, for those students that are Crosby Scholars, Crosby have received a small grant from Truliant to provide 10 students with $100 to assist with their enrollment deposit fee. The first step should be to to complete the NACAC fee waiver form. If you do not receive assistance from them, please let your counselor know so that we can reach out to Crosby Scholars for you.We want to help any way we can so please reach out if you have any questions. -
