  • Small Flexible Reading Groups

In Kindergarten at Ibraham Elementary, we have the opportunity to teach reading in small flexible differentiated groups each morning. Students are working in groups at their instructional reading level. Each day students will spend 30 minutes in a small group working with either their Kindergarten teacher, a Kindergarten instructional assistant, or a Primary Reading Teacher.. During this time they are learning reading skills and strategies, practicing comprehension and responding to the stories they read through writing and group discussions
