Partners Behavioral Health
Partners Health Management is a leading managed care organization (LME/MCO), providing access to care for central and western North Carolina's most vulnerable citizens. Partners manage Medicaid, state, and local funding for intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance-use disorders (IDD/MH/SUD) services in our covered areas.

NC Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services
The Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services provides counseling, training, education, transportation, job placement, assistive technology and other support services. These services are provided to people with physical, psychiatric or intellectual disabilities and to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing or have other communicative disorders to assist them with living independently and with finding a job and staying on the job. -
Autism Society of Forsyth County
The Autism Society of Forsyth County (ASFC) is an all-volunteer group comprised of people who care about the needs of those with autism spectrum disorders, including parents, families, friends and professionals. We are an affiliate of the Autism Society of North Carolina which is a chapter of the Autism Society of America. -
Piedmont Down Syndrome Network
The Piedmont Down Syndrome Support Network is a nonprofit organization that serves to enrich the lives of individuals with Down syndrome by reaching out to new families, providing educational and social opportunities for our existing members, and promoting awareness, respect, and inclusion of individuals with Down syndrome in our community. -

The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Exceptional Children's Division provides specially designed instruction to children with a broad spectrum of abilities and disabilities, striving to promote their cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and vocational development. -
Forsyth County Department of Social Services Guardianship Services
The Forsyth County Dept. of Social Services provides Guardianship services for adults who have been declared mentally incompetent by the court and who have no one else to serve as guardian. -
