WS/FCS Literacy Framework
The purpose of the literacy instructional framework is to provide a roadmap that addresses district priorities and describes action steps needed to achieve them. The framework describes the infrastructure and supports that the district will provide. As a result, literacy instruction in WS/FCS will be of uniformly high quality and of sufficient quantity to make a measurable difference in achievement district-wide. Strong instructional leadership at all levels is essential for implementing, supporting, and sustaining a quality framework.
