    Class Expectations
In order to be successful in this class, each student must complete daily class and homework assignments.  Students will have reading assignments to complete both in class and independently at home.  A quarter test will be given at the end of each quarter and a mid-term at the end of the semester.  English 10 does have an end-of-course test that will be administered at the end of the course.  This test will count as 25% of the student's final grade.

While in class we will analyze literature through discussion, literary exercises, and writing assignments.  Projects may be assigned throughout the semester to enhance the understaning of each unit studied.
