We are excited to enroll new students, and we are happy to assist you in completing the enrollment process. The first step to registering for High School in Forsyth County is to verify the high school district in which you live. You can verify this at School Locator. If a student is transferring to Parkland over the summer, it is a good idea to enroll well before the start of school. It is not advisable to wait until the week before school starts to enroll! Please note the following:Only parents/legal guardians may enroll a student with ALL of the following information:1.) The student's birth certificate2.) Parent/legal guardian picture ID
3.) Proof of residency in the form of:
- current (last 30 days) water, gas, electric or utility bill (we cannot accept cable or phone bills)
- current apartment/house lease or morgage statement
4.) Withdrawal courses, grades, attendance and discipline information from the previous school**. Recent transcript or final report card indicating grade placement for summer enrollment.
5.) Custody agreement involving student, if applicable
6.)Immunization Records/Health Assessment (If out of State)
**If your student received Exceptional Children's services or had a 504 PLAN, please bring a copy of the IEP or 504 Plan.
